The workshop featured two sessions.  The acting session explored “Auditioning Tips”.  Actors learned how to make a great impression and stand out at a live audition, and got the inside scoop of what casting directors look for when hiring actors, with an option for the participants to present an audition and receive feedback.

The directing session covered “Directing for the Stage”. New and experienced directors learned and discussed the demands and problems of directing as they study and practice essential tools of directing.  Topics covered included how to find a concept, how to block a scene, and how to successfully work with actors.
