Mrs. Parliament's Night Out - presented by City Park Players

Mrs. Parliament’s Night Out, directed by Jim Weinzettle and Casey Palombo, opens on March 30 at the Hearn Stage in Downtown Alexandria.

Teresa Parliament is an adorable, innocent woman in her 50s. She is easily shocked by risque lingerie but charmingly direct and open with everyone, from junkies to a forbidding singing teacher.

Urged by her grocer to spice up her life, she goes from camera club to salsa to bowling to archery with hilarious results. Norm Foster demonstrates his gift for one-liners and situation comedy that reflects ordinary-lived experience. This rewarding, funny play, gallops to a warm-hearted, communal conclusion.

Mrs. Parliament’s Night Out performances continue on March 31-April 9 - Thursdays-Saturdays at 7:30pm; Sundays at 2:30pm at the Hearn Stage in Downtown Alexandria.

Tickets are on sale now at and will be available one hour before each performance in the lobby of the theatre. For reservations and more, please email or call 318-484-4478.
